Program Learning Outcomes

This program is designed to prepare students to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:

  • Understand the foundational concepts of computer networking, including the OSI and TCP/IP models, and the role of each layer in network communication.

  • Design, implement, and configure various types of networks, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, using industry-standard tools and protocols.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot networking protocols, including TCP, UDP, HTTP, and DNS, utilizing tools like Wireshark for packet analysis.
