Stark State College’s dietary manager program prepares you to step into a growing field where you support nutrition therapy, dietetics, employee management and food safety. This shorter option offers a streamlined introduction to dietary management, covering key topics like nutrition, food safety, and basic food service operations. It still includes field experience and prepares students for entry-level roles or for continuing into the longer 33-credit program.
