This program is designed to prepare students to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:

  • Demonstrate antomically accurate and efficient placement of restorative dental materials.

  • Adhere to current legal regulations as stated in the Dental Practice Act and demonstrate professionalism and ethics in all aspects of dental care.

  • Effectively communicate with patients, the dental team, healthcare providers and the public regarding diverse patient treatment needs.

  • Be prepared to collaborate with community partners in the provision of dental care to patients.

  • Foster lifelong learning and promotion of the profession through continuing education and active professional involvement. 

  • Pursue advancements on their profession and further develop their skills through innovation and evidenced based knowledge.
